I tried Alternative Automotive based on all the positive reviews, and they did not disappoint. I found Jeff to be knowledgeable, insightful, friendly and professional. He addressed every expectation and question I had regarding the 90k mile check-up for my 2013 RX350. Without asking, their inspection validated some prior concerns I had with the local Lexus dealership. That is, things that were supposedly in need of repair was not the case (Lexus dealer tried to upsell me). Jeff made some recommendations based on the upcoming 120k mile check-up down the road. I found the AA facility to be clean and orderly with care taken to my car. Needless to say, it runs great, and I feel confident regarding an upcoming road trip. I'll be bringing in my 2006 LS430 later this summer and highly recommend AA to anyone who wants quality work done on their vehicle and at a fair and reasonable rate (well below the excessive charges the dealership demands).

Seemed very very reasonable and didn't do any anything that didn't need to be done and then Jeff even them made a list of all the stuff upcoming that will need to be done on my van and he just took care of the transmission pan gasket and I thought it might have been the oil pan gasket and and he said it was a transmission so very fair and I even saved money.

We went in to get an alignment. They did an awesome job. They also suggested some things that will needed to be fixed but never felt pushed or pressured to do it right then and there. Steve was awesome to work with. Very thorough and explained everything into simple words so that I could understand what was going wrong with my car. Hi Everyone, I have a 2016 Lexus ES300h hybrid and I'm picky about the servicing. I've had the car serviced at both the Murrieta location (alignment) and the Escondido location (oil change). Both did a great job. Everyone was friendly and very professional. The work was first rate and I felt that they were honest in their evaluations. Prices are good - way better than the dealer.
